The Ecovac can simultaneously vacuum, filter, and return coolant to the machine on a loop which allows large sumps to be cleaned in minutes. Whether your shop has a few machines, or a few dozen, the Ecovac is the only tool you will ever need.
The Freddy Ecovac is designed to reduce operating costs, waste, and improve working conditions. Traditionally, coolant is disposed of after a certain time period. With the Ecovac, coolant life can be extended nearly indefinitely. Anyone that works in a machine shop can attest to the dirty job of cleaning out sump tanks. Sump cleaning and coolant disposal typically takes all day or even several days which can be very costly.
Routine filtering through Freddy can eliminate the need to ever stop production. The Freddy Ecovac operates a continuous cycle of suction, filtration and discharge, using dedicated pumps for suction and discharge. Solids are collected in a removable lined basket for easy disposal or recycling. Since fluid is returned to the sump at the same time it is being filtered, the Ecovac can process tank volumes much larger than the Ecovac itself. This is a feature unique to the Freddy Ecovac.
High pressure washdown allows the inside of the machine to be cleaned at the end of each day with the added bonus of keeping the coolant filtered of contaminates.
